I Sapori del Grano In Porcia

One of our favorite spots while on vacation in Italy! We absolutely love the pastries. Coming from America, we find that European croissants are so much better—flaky, buttery, light, and just delicious. The krapfen and ciambelle are especially tasty! That said, the customer service could use some improvement. We often feel rushed to place our order, even when the place isn’t busy. The staff sometimes seem irritated if we take a few moments to decide, which can be challenging for visitors and tourists unfamiliar with the menu and its wide variety. A bit more kindness and patience would go a long way. Still, this remains our #3 favorite bakery—and we keep coming back for the amazing treats!

Great solution if you want to have breakfast but also buy some bread or some savory to take away. Unfortunately there are few seats inside, because there is an area reserved also for being a small grocery store. Convenient parking nearby

My favorite Friday night spot to stop with my bestie, Belen! Wonderful bread and pastries, not to mention a perfect spot for a small meal (pizza, grilled ham and cheese, sandwiches, etc) or bring home fresh gnocchi or whatever specialty they have at the moment! We personally come for aperitivo time with the locals because everyone treats Belen like royalty!

Bakery with a wide variety of breads of all kinds and different flours. Good quality and varied pastries. Bread can also be ordered, which is especially useful around holidays. Production is carried out at the main location of the "Sapori del Grano" chain of stores, but supplies to stores are always prompt. A small café with a few tables both inside and outside. Helpful, friendly, and efficient staff, always smiling, and a positive atmosphere.
