We stayed for a week with a semi-integrated motorhome, 3 people, and 1 dog. Very well-maintained small campsite, very clean and high-quality restrooms, pool, and sauna. Great location on the Ritten plateau! Bus stops right outside, making the narrow-gauge railway to Oberbozen and the cable car to Bolzano easy to reach. All included free with the Ritten guest card! Very nice and friendly staff, excellent food. The pitches are long, but a bit tight for a semi-integrated motorhome with the awning extended. But it's manageable if you park correctly. On our way to Lake Garda, we spontaneously and by chance ended up at the Schartner Alm. We were so impressed that we booked another two nights for our return trip right before we left. The staff is super friendly, the view is amazing, and everything is spotlessly clean! We'd love to come back! Best wishes from the Baltic Sea!

We found the campsite by chance and really liked it; we'll definitely be back. The pitches are sufficiently large, but are entirely on coarse gravel, making them unsuitable for tents. A great natural pond for swimming. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great enough for us to make the most of it. The view is truly amazing, as is the bread roll service. The spotless, high-quality washrooms and toilets are particularly worth mentioning. Very friendly staff at the reception. Pizzas can also be picked up. The entire mountain hut is of a high standard. With the tourist card, all public transport was free of charge. It is reliable and runs frequently. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The location is unbeatable – an ideal starting point for numerous excursions, whether hiking, cycling, sightseeing, or simply enjoying nature. Everything is easily accessible, yet the site is wonderfully quiet. The sanitary facilities are particularly noteworthy – modern, extremely clean, and designed with great attention to detail. You immediately notice that great importance is placed on hygiene and comfort here. Showers, toilets, and washrooms are in top condition – you almost feel like you're in a hotel! The site itself is very well maintained, with spacious pitches and plenty of greenery. The owners are friendly, helpful, and provide great tips for activities in the area.

Great location! Beautifully situated in the heart of the South Tyrolean mountains. We felt very comfortable as campers! The entire team is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

The location is high in the mountains, then you hope that you can look over the valley from the campsite. This is honestly disappointing. The campsite is otherwise perfect, new, everything very well maintained, nice sanitary facilities, good service at the counter and during the day you can get food and drinks at the restaurant. We were on our way through and this campsite is very suitable for that.

It's rare that the hosts' presentation is so authentic. Host, place, location. 1000%. Should be an insider tip, but it's no longer. A shame for campers, but great for the hosts. No more comments

We were delighted to spend three nights at your campsite, in a canvas tent. The services offered are perfect: food, sauna, and restrooms. The staff is exceptional, extremely pleasant, welcoming, and courteous. The location is ideal for activities, such as hiking, visiting Bolzano, and the "Pyramids of Renon" site. Highly recommended.

Our stay at SchartnerAlm was simply magnificent! We stayed in the Fichte apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the forest, giving us breathtaking views and moments of pure tranquility. The structure is impeccable in every aspect. The apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary comforts. We particularly appreciated the presence of bathrooms both in the apartment and on the ground floor, all kept in excellent condition. What made our stay truly special was the hospitality. My friends and I felt truly pampered, with small attentions that made the difference. The staff was always available, friendly and attentive to our every need. A special thanks goes to Michael, who with his kindness and professionalism helped make our stay unforgettable. Your dedication and attention to detail did not go unnoticed!
