The most modern sanitary facilities on our trip, we felt like we were in a hotel. We have never experienced rain showers at the campsite yet. Super nice reception with very good tips for excursions. Bolzano can be easily reached via the narrow-gauge railway and gondola from Oberbozen, including the mountain panorama. A paradise for children even when the weather outside is not so good. There is a very large indoor adventure playground.

Top service. At this point I would like to thank Ms. Nina Wilm once again. Great place. Very good with the Ritten card. From the bus stop to the Rittner Horn, to Bolzano and to the Alpe di Siusi. Everything is just right here.

I (35) was a guest at the Schartner Alm for a week in May with my girlfriend (34) and our 2.5 year old son. The campsite is beautifully located and has a fantastic view. There was a nice outdoor playground and a huge indoor playground for our son. He lacked nothing. The sanitary facilities were clean and tidy throughout, and the place generally appeared very tidy. Going shopping on foot is possible, even if the climb on the way back was a bit strenuous with a stroller. Unfortunately, there is no way to hang your laundry up to dry, so you have to rely on the dryer, which you have to pay for. The pizzeria right on the square is very popular and delicious, but in our opinion quite expensive. The parking space at the Schartner-Alm is anything but cheap, but the view and the variety of offers around it are worth it. The best thing about the place, however, was the nice and competent lady at the reception. Tips for restaurants, hairdressers, shopping or activities were all implemented by us and we could recommend them to others. Given the price of the space, it would be desirable to have a camera with license plate recognition to automatically control the barrier, because depending on how you drive towards the barrier, you have to get out to open the barrier. And it's not so nice when it rains constantly... Conclusion: Fantastic view, a wide range of activities in the surrounding area, great play opportunities for children inside and outside, well maintained, and be sure to ask at reception for recommendations! One of the most expensive places we have ever visited, but also one of the most beautiful.

Fantastically located. We had two wonderful days.

We spent a few days relaxing at the SchartnerAlm in our motorhome. At first we were a bit disappointed because the pitches are very long but also very narrow. But since they are slightly offset and really long, it doesn't matter at all. The location is super beautiful with breathtaking views! The natural pool is also beautifully laid out with lots of loungers. Everyone, really all of the employees are incredibly welcoming - we had the feeling we were staying with friends. There is breakfast - like in the hotel and delicious snacks for lunch, the pizza in the evening is large and highly recommended. The toilets and showers are very clean and really chic! Last but not least, the bus that stops right in front of the campsite is included, as is the gondola to Ritten and even the train down to Bolzano! Hiking trails start right away and there are small and large dog walks. A really successful overall package!!!
