It's all ok, Only for the child it was a bit of a shame that not everything in the playroom was perfect, the tricycle had no air in the tire, the push game didn't work...in the youth playroom you were supposed to insert coins for the games, but nothing worked and unfortunately the books were all only in Italian.

Super attentive staff. Very nice and helpful. Food is very tasty.

Great location for skiing, dinner very good, breakfast good. Accommodation also good.

We spent a week at the Zirm hotel.....what can I say..... Every hotel at the reception should have a LUIGI!!! Unique and unsurpassed. Always present and available, he practically made itineraries for us for each day of our stay. Thanks to the free public service cards we have never used the car. The rooms are always clean and spacious. The beauty of the swimming pool, with hydromassage corner, which is open from 7.00 to 22.00 and of the sauna area. The perfect menu for all needs. We had breakfast and dinner overlooking the Latemar. At the bar we find Stefano who fulfills every request by pampering customers. Onofrio and the rest of the staff showed unparalleled courtesy and kindness. Hotel in an excellent location and suitable for families, as demonstrated by the presence of numerous children ❤️. I can only recommend hotel zirm for a perfect holiday.

Stayed with me this summer. Structure with excellent value for money. Comfortable and spacious rooms, very friendly staff. Quality and varied cuisine with always a possible choice between the Trentino culinary tradition and traditional Italian cuisine. The maitre Nicola and the waiters were very professional and courteous. The only advice I can give is regarding the limited choice for food intolerances. Regarding the location, Obereggen is a center in the Ega valley a little far from other locations and is 1600 meters above sea level and the road to reach it is quite steep and difficult for cars. Of course, once you arrive you are practically under the Latemar just 150 meters from the ski lifts so it will certainly be in an excellent position for winter sports and summer walks

Quiet and restful place. We had a good time. Service, cuisine, staff all excellent, Mr Luigi always very kind and generous with advice on paths and walks. We will happily return.
