Great location for skiers, direct access to the slopes. We had a wonderful week. It would be fantastic if the rooms (bathrooms) were also updated. The staff is incredibly friendly and multilingual. Excellent value for money.

I've been coming to this hotel for 5 years, and I love everything about it... the staff is wonderful, there are all the amenities a family needs, the wellness center and pool are top-notch, and finally, the owner, Anton, is a fantastic person. Try it....

Located right on the slopes, nice and quiet. The evening menu was also very appealing! We'll be back in 2027! Lovely sauna area, large swimming pool with whirlpool! Relaxed and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel for a ski holiday with direct access to the slopes. Very friendly and courteous staff. Ski rental service available with on-site delivery/pickup. Spa and relaxation area well-maintained. Half-board service with delicious dishes and attention to any allergies. Quiet location and beautiful mountain views. Parking available. Excellent experience, we will gladly return.

A 6-day stay from December 20 to 26, 2025: 2 adults, 2 children aged 15 and 9. The location is perfect for skiers like us: from the ski room, a very short climb takes you directly to the adjacent slope (skiing and sledding) and the Brunoland practice slope. With plenty of snow, a small cut could save you the climb. Our room (a Star-style room) was spacious and comfortable, with an adequate bathroom. It's a shame about the dead space due to its location under the roof. The spacious terrace overlooks the slopes. The staff is friendly, competent, and helpful. The half-board option included a generous breakfast that satisfied everyone. I was pleasantly surprised by the evening menu: varied and of high quality. Traditional fare is served, but with a touch of creativity that doesn't clash, but rather enhances. Portions are in line with the category, ensuring fullness and satisfaction. For those expecting trucker-sized portions, go to a trucker-style restaurant. The dining room staff, as well as the bar staff, are helpful, quick, and efficient. The relaxation area is very nice, featuring three pools with different temperatures (standard, whirlpool, and for small children), a small but well-organized spa (for guests over 14), and a gym (a real gem). A playroom for children and a room with billiards and darts round out the amenities. The areas I think could be improved are: Wi-Fi in the furthest rooms (weak and unreliable), worn bathrobes, and a games room that could use some updating. Overall, we had a great time, and all the staff were professional and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Luigi, a guardian angel for all the hotel guests, always present and available. I recommend it.
