Good, but not great. The location would be convenient, unfortunately, the shuttle doesn't go to Saslong (400 meters) but to Dantercepis (4 km). The dinner menu has no options. The pool is outdoors and accessible by stairs. If it's cold, it's not very appealing.

The bidet is missing; this should be reported. Water is €5 per liter in the evening at the restaurant.

This was the best hotel we stayed in while in the dolomites. Very friendly staff, good included breakfast (especially for northern Italy). The wellness center/saunas and hot tubs were perfect after long days hiking. Thanks!

Excellent property with convenient parking, a great location, and impeccable cleanliness. I can't find the right words to describe the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff. The outdoor pool is an incredible plus with mountain views, and so is the wellness center! I personally didn't like the massage I had, but that's really the only minor flaw. However, in such a high-end hotel, I hope it serves not as a criticism, but as a source of improvement. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone, seniors, families, and couples!

Wonderful place. An experience to remember and repeat!

I was transfered here from another hotel, due to plumbing issues. Which turned out to be great. The staff are so friendly and professional. The pool and spa area was awesome, 8 saunas, 3 spas amd insise a steamroom, along with tge heated outdoorpool. . Food was very good (inform in advance if you are veggie / dietary changes). I had breakfast and dinner every night, which was very nice. Car parking and bike storage onsite. The room it's self was very nice, clean, huge tv, and comfy bed. Downtown is about 5 mins walk and Salva about 40 mins(walking) the hotel does provide buss passes but I did not use them, they also do ebike hire.

Excellent hotel with all the comforts of a true 4-star, excellent food with many varieties, staff to the highest standard: Nunzio, Pasquale, Vincenzo and the two Alexes, in short, all of them and I forget some names, were truly efficient, friendly and courteous... We will definitely be back.
