We spent a fantastic weekend at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and professionalism by the staff, who were always ready to help us and offer helpful tips for our visit to the city. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. The owners were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, served by Mrs. Patrizia, a very kind and attentive person. I highly recommend it; I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

03/10/2025: The welcome upon our arrival was warm and reassuring. The hotel, however, is showing its age: generally clean but showing signs of wear. Our room had two separate single beds and a small bathroom with modern but poorly maintained amenities: a shower without a door, clogged faucets, and a floor that flooded after use. Wi-Fi was available but too slow for real use. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but the atmosphere was unpleasant: waiters rushed and noisy, plates and utensils were slammed clean in the breakfast room, and chairs were banged to remove crumbs. The service is far from welcoming. Furthermore, contrary to what some platforms suggest, there is no rooftop restaurant. In summary: a functional and well-located hotel, conveniently located near the train station and the city center, but which does not reach the expected level of a 4-star hotel. The welcome remains a strong point, but the maintenance and quality of service need to be reviewed.

16/08/2025: I have very mixed feelings about this place. We ordered lasagna, which was truly delicious, and I can't fault the food. The waiter was incredibly nice and genuinely cared about the customer's well-being. Things only got awkward when we were finally paying. He informed us that the coperto added to the bill wasn't the same as a service tip, and if we wanted to give one, we had to pay cash. The waiter said we didn't have to add it, of course, and that there was no problem with that. We replied that unfortunately, we didn't have cash to tip him, and if we could somehow manage it with a card, we'd be happy to add something, because the waiter really did go over our heads while serving and took care of us. The waiter replied that it wasn't possible, and that we should just pay for the meal by card. We confirmed, and the waiter's smile immediately vanished. It was really obvious he was annoyed with us for not getting a tip. He didn't even look at us when we were escorted to the terminal, nor did he say goodbye. I've never seen someone so upset about not getting a tip. It's a strange rule that you can't add a tip to your card, and I don't understand why they even say we don't have to pay, and he understands.
