Very good food, clean room, friendly staff, and a friendly, helpful owner. Delicious gnocchi, great shuttle service, and great travel sandwiches. Fair prices.

We just left this beautiful hotel and restaurant, where we felt truly at home. The hospitality, courtesy, and genuineness of true Neapolitans can be found here. The rooms were clean, everything was perfect. The owner, a truly kind and generous man, treated us wonderfully, and the pizza and gnocchi were spectacular! We'll definitely be back! Upon request, he even provided us with mozzarella to take home and even provided a shuttle service to the station. The prices were truly excellent. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

Clean, tidy, nice hotel. The food in restaurant is okay, although the bakery was very hard, difficult to eat.

The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, but I was bothered by the orderliness of the rooms (cracked toilet seat, missing refrigerator, walls). They have "interesting" breakfast times, we never had to agree on when breakfast would start (they always started cleaning when I arrived). The cleaner did her job perfectly, but I was bothered by the fact that she kept moving the dirty clothes that were on the floor separately from the others (into the closet, in a suitcase, etc.).

There is no fridge in the room we were given, just a hole for a fridge. There are no wall moldings, a piece of plaster fell off the wall, a cracked toilet seat... Otherwise, the room and toilet were clean. There is no sign placed on the door to prevent the cleaning lady from entering the room. On the first day, we found all the things moved because she was cleaning the room (which is fine, but there should still be an option not to enter if the guest does not want to). One day, the cleaning lady found us in a room that we could not leave because we had to get ready for an afternoon event - we tried to explain to her (we do not speak Italian, she does not speak English), and in the end we managed to come to an agreement with the help of chatGPT. Several employees changed at the reception, only one of whom spoke English (very good English). The strangest thing was for breakfast: we were told that breakfast was at 7, we arrived at 7:30 because we understood this information as breakfast starting at 7 and lasting 2-3 hours. We arrive at the restaurant and the staff look at us strangely, I ask if we are late and if we should come at exactly 7, the staff just answers "yes, yes". We sat down and ate while they were already cleaning up. The next day we arrive at exactly 7, there were no other guests, and there was no big breakfast offer, the same situation was the day after. The hotel has a large parking lot which is fine.
