Excellent value for money. The staff is exceptionally helpful and available for any need. The rooms are immaculately clean and the food is excellent, and the wellness center is a must-try. The location is also stunning, offering a breathtaking view. I recommend it for a relaxing stay and to be pampered by Herbert's delicacies and Rosy's kindness.

During a truly busy period, we found this hotel that truly exceeded our expectations. Extremely kind, spotlessly clean, and attentive to detail. The sweet and savory breakfast was plentiful, and the dinner was well-prepared and delicious. The wellness area and pool were excellent. Nothing to say except that I wish the owner and family continued success and growth.

We were absolutely thrilled with the hotel and Herbert and Rosi. The food was more than plentiful and delicious. We used the well-maintained wellness area daily. To our delight, there were 14 Ferraris parked in the underground garage that morning. The very friendly French owners also stayed at the hotel for a few days for a tour. We would gladly return.

The food was wonderful; the taste and presentation definitely deserve 5 stars. Not to mention the varied breakfast buffet. We were able to relax wonderfully in the whirlpool, sauna, pool, and steam room.
The welcome and farewell were very warm.
We would love to come back.

We stayed in the Ulten Valley for 10 days. We deliberately chose this hotel because it has a wellness area and the price/performance ratio was good. The rooms are older, but immaculately maintained, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good and varied. Our goal would be to support this hotel, as it's the only one in St. Pankraz, and the new owners are putting their heart and soul into gradually redesigning it according to their vision. If you're looking for peace and quiet and good food, this is the place for you. Keep it up!

A wonderful family-run hotel with a beautiful view over the Ulten Valley. Breakfast and dinner were always delicious and plentiful, with plenty of choices, and even special requests for the children were no problem. It was our daughter's birthday during her stay and she found a lovingly decorated table for breakfast and even received a gift.
The wellness area is very modern and comfortable, and the pool with an additional whirlpool was a highlight, especially for the kids.
The rooms were comfortable and everything was super clean, with spacious balconies.

Super friendly landlord, great value for money, good food.
Great starting point for mountain tours or hikes in the valley (e.g., the Marlinger Waalweg). The hotel has a wellness area with a sauna, pool, and whirlpool, as well as a beautiful garden. The rooms are retro (originally from the 1980s) and in very good condition. It feels a bit like stepping back in time. The rest of the hotel has been completely modernized. The food is delicious and the service is very friendly. We really enjoyed it. A Ferrari club was there at the same time, which was a special highlight for car enthusiasts.
