Hotel Selide In Desio

A pure 3-star hotel. Welcoming and clean rooms. Good mattresses. A bit neglected in the stairwell, elevator, and hallways. Average breakfast. In short, an honest hotel with average prices.

Right in the city center, very accesible

A little too noisy to sleep well, but a good spot if you're arriving by taxi or bus. The nearest free parking lot is 8-10 minutes away, or you can park in the nearby shopping center and get there in 5 minutes. However, residents told me it's not very safe to park there at night, so I parked in the Banca di Desio parking lot, second entrance on the right, just before the roundabout leading to the center of Desio. It's free and has white lines. It's unattended, but the bank has security cameras—you never know!

I would say that I found it very good, it is in a position where I had everything very close including the train station. I recommend, as in my case, staying here to see the F1 Grand Prix in Monza.

The hotel's furnishings are a bit dated, but overall it's clean and tidy. The front desk is very helpful.
