My husband and I stayed at this hotel on the evening of December 12 during our first trip to Italy. The facilities were fantastic, and we had a perfect night here!
Tragically, I carelessly left my wallet (with my passport inside) on the car roof when we checked out the next day. We didn’t notice until we reached our next stop, and we were absolutely panicked—losing the passport would have ruined our whole trip and left us stranded abroad. After a frantic search, we went back to the hotel for help, and the front desk ladies were incredibly kind and helpful.
They organized staff to search the hotel thoroughly, checked surveillance footage to confirm my mistake, and helped us contact the local police to file a report. Since we don’t speak Italian, they also acted as our translators and liaisons the entire time. While we were at the police station, we got a call from a local who’d found our wallet in a nearby village—and the hotel team immediately helped coordinate with him to get it back.
Thanks to their tireless efforts, we recovered the wallet and my passport, and got to continue our Italian adventure smoothly. The hotel’s service is truly exceptional, and the scenery here is stunning too. We can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism and warmth—10/10 recommend!

Wonderful in every way.
The property is beautiful, extremely well-maintained, clean, and impeccably organized. It's perfect for both young adults and families, as it truly offers everything.
The added value, however, is the staff: extremely kind, attentive, and capable of making you feel at home from the first moment. Every detail is attended to with great professionalism and passion.
The services are excellent, starting with the spa, which is simply splendid: everything is well-organized and designed for maximum relaxation. The restaurant also deserves a special mention: in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, it offers incredible cuisine. The chef and pastry chef are extraordinary and manage to fulfill every request with ease and care.
One example: I had only mentioned that there was an anniversary and, without me even asking, I found myself with a cake complete with candles. A gesture that speaks volumes about the care they give to their guests.
A special compliment to Marian at the restaurant and Brigitte in the back office for their helpfulness and kindness.
Wonderful place, highly recommended. I'll definitely be back!

For me, the Schwarzschmied combines a purist aesthetic with incredible coziness! Everything is perfect: the rooms, the pool, the spa, the food, and above all, the extremely friendly staff!

This is my favorite hotel. Everything is perfect - the food, the accommodation, the very friendly service and the exquisite spa-area with a wonderful pool. The yoga offer is also exceptionally good.
