Very nice, large, spacious rooms

You couldn't ask for anything better!

Everything was perfect! The rooms are spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. At breakfast, there are delicious egg dishes, freshly prepared. You don't find service staff like this very often. Stefan and Johannes left nothing to be desired! We were not only served with absolute friendliness and professionalism, but they even accommodated special requests with a smile. 🙂 All the staff were very friendly and always helpful. We'd love to come back!

Good food, very friendly staff, wellness area

The excellent Saltauserhof Hotel, which historically belonged to the Masi dello Scudo (Shield Farms) 🛡️, allowed us to discover a beautiful area of ​​the Passiria Valley, rich in history, traditions, and hikes in the surrounding mountains! Everything here is superb, immersed in history in a historic setting. Taking the cable car takes you up to the mountains, offering beautiful hikes! The excellent cuisine and more than good service mean we will gladly return. We thank you for the hospitality we received and for the beautiful room we were able to stay in.

An extraordinarily beautiful, incomparably comfortable, and very clean hotel. The friendly staff is heavenly. The breakfast buffet is so extensive that it leaves nothing to be desired. Half board includes a generous salad buffet and five courses with a variety of dishes, including vegetarian options: exquisite dishes (it must be a Michelin-starred chef!). This hotel is simply magnificent. Beautiful historic, well-maintained building at its core, but the standard is modern and absolutely contemporary.

We had a wonderful evening at the Saltauserhof. In addition to the first-class food with a harmonious and regional 5-course menu (trout cooked to perfection), Walther guided us attentively and charmingly throughout the evening. Thank you for this evening.

We spent a wonderful week in our dream apartment with jacuzzi. We lacked nothing, from the fantastic breakfast buffet to the 6-course menu. The service staff were very friendly. I would like to emphasize that we traveled with our dog and were provided with a quiet spot, which we really enjoyed. I would like to conclude by saying that I would have given it more stars. Thank you again, and we will be back.
