I stayed for two nights in the space of three days... business trip from Lombardy to Palermo and back after a day in Palermo. I appreciated the courtesy and willingness to provide me with a good dinner after kitchen hours... obviously after telephone notice... dinner at 11:00 pm... clean and quiet rooms.

We found this hotel on Booking.com as a stopover. We were very happy with the very friendly staff and the location was excellent, close to the Cassino motorway exit.

Ottimo posto per una pausa durante il viaggio verso la Sicilia...il posto è vicinissimo all'uscita dell'autostrada, abbiamo pernottato e goduto di un'ottima cena! Camera pulita e funzionale, personale gentilissimo e disponibile!!

13/04/2025: Five stars are not enough! We had dinner at Pane e Cicoria in Veroli and there are no words to describe how impressed we were. The welcome was warm and genuine, we immediately felt at home, even though we came from Calabria. The staff were incredibly kind, and the quality of the dishes really won us over. With every bite you could perceive the careful choice of raw materials and a cuisine that combines tradition and innovation with a perfect balance. Each dish was a discovery, with attention to the smallest details and full of flavour. It was a real pleasure to dine here. If we find ourselves in these parts again in the future, it will certainly be an obligatory stop. From today, Pane e Chicoria has a special place in our hearts. Thank you for giving us an unforgettable evening!
