Positive: - Very nice, sparkling clean suite, friendly staff - Good multi-course menu in the evening for €29 - Good breakfast - Ski room accessible from the outside with a separate lockable locker - Price/performance is good Negative: - Moody strange innkeeper with several inappropriate comments. The “great, friendly hospitality” that we are usually used to in South Tyrol is not present here at all. - The location is right next to the loud, extremely busy main road SS40 "Sleeping like on the median strip of the motorway". - Outside St. Valentine. Conclusion: We will no longer book the hotel!

We only visited the restaurant and were thrilled by the great ambience - modern and stylishly furnished. The service was very friendly and attentive. The coffee and our cake were delicious, so we were able to thoroughly enjoy the visit. Clear recommendation for a cozy stop!

We spent our winter vacation at the Hotel Alpenrose with eight people. It was a fantastic stay in beautifully furnished rooms/suites. The entire hotel is a real eye-catcher! The owner was a lot of fun, and we couldn't stop raving about him. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation experience :-)

The rooms were functionally furnished, the bathroom was perfectly equipped! The ski room was top-notch. The breakfast buffet and dinner were excellent! Everything was very clean. Friendliness is a top priority. The four of us really enjoyed everything.

Good food and friendly service!

Simply fabulous hotel, we spent 5 days there on New Year's Eve and we have a truly fantastic memory of it, there is nothing that did not satisfy us. Really beautiful room, modern, clean, tastefully furnished, also large and spacious, with a balcony with a magnificent view and a very large bathroom, with a full-wall shower and double sink; the blue lights in the shower are a romantic touch, truly suggestive. The hotel is brand new, furnished in a mountain style but modern, so everywhere you will find good taste and well-kept furnishings, also and above all in the common areas, as well as in the elevator and in the ski room, where technology continues to abound. Also worth mentioning is the hotel's large parking lot, you will have no difficulty parking, which is always a sure thing when returning from a day of skiing or around the mountains. Really excellent food, tasty and refined dishes, although always relevant to mountain tradition; spectacular breakfast, plenty of food of all kinds both salty and sweet, sometimes even some fish dishes, as happened with tuna and salmon in our case. We ate really well. To complete it all the kindness, courtesy and professionalism of the staff, and especially the boy at the reception; the price is certainly higher than other hotels in the Pass with the same number of stars, but the overall quality is truly impeccable. Highly recommended hotel.

I just stopped for a coffee. The waiter was very friendly, and the place was very clean. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed as a family for four nights at this beautifully designed hotel, overlooking Lake Haidersee. Excellent service, a nice, spacious room, and a fantastic and delicious dinner. The local shuttle to the Haideralm valley station was also very good.

Unfortunately, we were unable to start our vacation due to illness and had to cancel on the scheduled arrival date. The deposit was credited to our account, and no cancellation fees were charged—and this was during the peak season during the Christmas holidays! That's extremely accommodating—thank you very much!
