A modern, beautiful hotel with a great, spacious room. The service was always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and the half-board meals were delicious, fresh, and regional. Our dog was also welcome and allowed in the restaurant. A great base for walks by the lake, as well as long or short hikes. We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Alpenrose!

All in all, a fantastic hotel! Great rooms, spacious and clean! Great restaurant with an excellent wine selection! The owners are calm, friendly, and humorous. The food is excellent! Four of us friends were there for a fishing trip, but the ambiance and the excellent wine selection tempted us to stay in the hotel. Thank you very much, and keep up the good work...

Beautifully situated on the shores of Lake Haider. Rooms are well-equipped, and the cuisine is traditional and delicious. Breakfast is plentiful (sausages, cheese, eggs, yogurt, muesli, etc.). The hosts and service staff are always friendly and attentive. This is the top address for anglers on the lake. The boathouse is just a two-minute walk away, with a freezer for your catches in the hotel. Fishing licenses are issued at the hotel. It's always a pleasure to spend a few days with senior manager Hans Peter and junior manager Oliver. Excellent value for money. I've been a guest for seven years now. The hotel has been renovated, and... everything has changed... it's even better 👍👍👍

The hotel has a great restaurant where external guests can also eat. The decor is new, and the ambiance is open, high-quality, and friendly. We ate there several times. There's no à la carte menu in the evenings, but rather a set menu with various choices. The menu is published on the website in the morning. There's something for every taste. You can then pre-order your desired meal and look forward to an excellent meal at a good price-performance ratio all day long. There's a good wine list. Children can choose one dish from the menu or have chicken nuggets. At the table, you'll receive very friendly, enthusiastic, and humorous service, whether you're just two or a group of 10. Another positive experience: dogs are allowed in the dining room. We're thrilled and already looking forward to next year!

Great, modern hotel. Excellent service and cuisine. Not something you find very often as a dog owner. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. Very good value for money.

Finally a normal restaurant! Normal portions, not like in other eateries where the portions are elephant-sized. I recommend this restaurant!
