During our stay in Viterbo, we chose the Mini Palace Hotel, and it proved to be a truly excellent choice. The property is located on Via Santa Maria della Grotticella, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center, in a quiet yet well-connected area. It's a 4-star hotel with a classic feel, spacious rooms, and a simple, elegant atmosphere. The double room was spacious, clean, and well-soundproofed, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and functional, with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail, which contributed to making our stay pleasant and relaxing. The staff was always friendly and helpful, ready to provide directions and useful tips for exploring the city. Breakfast is served in a bright room and offers a good variety of sweet and savory options, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Additional amenities include private parking, a meeting room for events or business meetings, and an on-site restaurant (reservation required), ideal for those wishing to dine on-site after a day of sightseeing or business. In short, the Mini Palace Hotel is a convenient and reliable option for those visiting Viterbo, offering excellent value and a perfect location for exploring the city or relaxing at the nearby Terme dei Papi.

A hotel not far from Pirta Romana in Viterbo. It's definitely showing its age. Some rooms have been renovated, but ours had a really old bathroom. The shower door was broken and the bathroom was at floor level. However, the service, housekeeping, and breakfast are truly excellent. Overall, it needs a major renovation, but the staff is excellent.

The location is the strong point of this hotel. The managers are not the friendliest, the rooms are rather sparse and dated, even if clean, and everything takes on an old-fashioned look. The breakfast is interesting, however.

Dated but very well-maintained. The decor is a bit dated, with too much dark wood and a bit aged, but overall it's pleasant, and the cleanliness contributes to this feeling. Garage available at no extra charge, useful for motorcyclists. However, it could be kept cleaner and less gloomy. Bright, well-maintained rooms with a slightly small bathroom. Breakfast is decent, but for a 4-star hotel, a selection of local, less processed products would be helpful. The breakfast room is bright and pleasant. Impeccable, professional, and friendly service. Kudos to the receptionist. I gave it a top rating based on my confidence in an improvement in the breakfast.

The hotel is strategically located with very convenient covered parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The rooms were clean, but in my case, the bathroom was very narrow and windowless.

We stayed for just one night, and I have to say our experience was positive. The hotel is certainly a bit dated, but everything seems to be in good working order. Convenient on-site parking is available. The breakfast was adequate.
