Hotel Löwe In San candido

The hotel's location is excellent, allowing you to reach the ski lifts on foot. Prices are fair. The staff is friendly. We stayed half-board in a Baranci room. I especially enjoyed the appetizer and side dish buffet, which was truly varied and inviting. Breakfast was also very good. Our room had simple furnishings and a large, renovated bathroom. Excellent. The wellness area was not bad, but something could be improved. The heated rooftop pool and the new sauna with a view are excellent! (In the winter, I was only able to use the pool after the sauna, but that's fine!). I recommend this hotel.

Overall, an excellent hotel; well-appointed suite with a comfortable bed and pillow, fantastic rooftop pool, and friendly, welcoming staff. I would have expected more from the somewhat small wellness area and the kitchen, as the dishes served, while excellently prepared, were very simple.

We stayed here for 3 nights, absolutely loved it, we opted for the half board (breakfast + dinner),you have to select from two options for the dinner which we opted for one each and that was amazing, they have a rooftop heated swimming pool with a stunning view and a sauna at the basement, its a family run hotel and they took great care of us, very happy and welcoming people, highly recommend this hotel, the only thing could be if you wanted to live in a place with more restaurants and places , which are in the nearby area (San Candido) this maybe 4km away but has good connections and you can use the cable car to head up the top. A place we would definitely comeback again, we had a great room as well.

After two years, we're back at the Hotel Löwe, and what can we say? This time with a rooftop pool, offering a stunning view of the Dolomites. The welcome was once again very warm. We were immediately offered a bathrobe and towels for the pool. The pool is magnificent. Great investment, Andreas. And our room is also very nice. We'll be back, no question. We sent our children (who are already grown up) a video of the newly designed roof, and they also think it's very well done. In the best weather, it's bearable.
