We were truly delighted at this restaurant in Sutrio. Let's start by saying that the view of the valley is exceptional, both from the outside and inside. The à la carte menu offers interesting selections of premium cuts of meat, as well as much more. Prices are moderate and in line with the local area. The staff is truly friendly. I highly recommend it!

We had lunch at this restaurant and were truly amazed. It's accessed via a steep climb, but it's well worth the effort. As the name suggests, the restaurant specializes in meat, but the traditional Carnic cuisine is also excellent. We had battuta (a type of meat stew), cjarsons (a type of pasta), venison bites, and a cube roll with an unusual cabbage side dish. The meat was truly flavorful, along with traditional cjarsons (a type of pasta), and the view over the village was stunning. Excellent value. It's a family-run restaurant with truly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although it's out of the way, it's definitely worth a visit.

Exceptional! The view is sublime, there's a dartboard, a foosball table, and a chance for kids to draw. The atmosphere is great, the waiters are lovely, and the food fantastic. I highly recommend it!

We had dinner at this lovely restaurant with a splendid view of the valley. We discovered it by chance, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The prices are fair and the staff is very friendly. I recommend it.

Maybe it's the stunning view, or the kindness with which we were treated from start to finish (we were accompanied by our baby and dog :) ), but it was one of the best grilled ribs we've ever eaten—definitely THE best outside of Tuscany! The wine and dessert were also delicious… the only small flaw was that the portions of the side dishes (especially the potatoes) were a bit small. Well done everyone!!

All ingredients are carefully selected and sourced locally. The flavor combinations are always spot-on, offering an unforgettable culinary experience. The welcome and service were impeccable, from the recommendations on dishes to the way they made us feel welcome and pampered. The restaurant is surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with seating both inside—where the mountain atmosphere is perfectly captured thanks to the wooden furnishings—and outside, offering a splendid view of Sutrio and the surrounding valley. It's perfect for families with children, who are absolutely welcome, as there are play areas both inside and outside. Reserve for a table with a view! Manuel and his partner Rossella, in my opinion, represent the youth who put themselves to the test with commitment and sacrifice: through their experience and studies undertaken outside the region, they bring new energy to a precious area like Carnia. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!
