It's a shame there aren't 10 stars because they deserve them. The location is quiet and unconventional, and that's already a plus. I'd almost call the welcome friendly, as I didn't feel a difference between the customers and the managers; on the contrary, they went out of their way to make us feel at ease with care and attention that you rarely find in other places. The appetizer was excellent, with top-quality cured meats and cheeses, the cuts of meat were excellent, tender and cooked to perfection, which alone would deserve 3 Michelin stars, the tagliatelle with mushrooms were amazing, and every dish showed the passion for this work. The profiteroles and the chocolate and caramel cake were truly delicious. I sincerely recommend everyone to stop by and taste the delicacies of this restaurant. The restaurant exceeded my expectations!!
A beautiful, authentic place with attention to detail. The owner and staff were very welcoming, kind, and professional, and the food was truly excellent, both the traditional dishes and the meat (their specialty), truly delicious!!!

We had a reservation for dinner due to the impassable road, the staff called me twice to move the reservation to the next day. The food was perfect, the staff was great 👍👍👍👍. I can only recommend it.

Beautiful little restaurant, found by chance after a morning of skiing.
We simply didn't want to eat on the slopes, and we happened to pass by here.
I'm not used to writing reviews, but...
Today this place bewitched me!
Maybe it's because there's a very steep climb to get there that takes you a bit off the road, or maybe it's because the entrance makes you think of a rustic mountain place you don't have high expectations of...
Once inside, however, I found a meticulously maintained environment that smelled of wood and spices.
The atmosphere was peaceful despite the tables being full.
The view of the valley from the dining room window is worth the price of lunch.
We had a pleasant lunch with traditional dishes; the cold cuts and ribs are superb!

A quaint restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Delicious first courses made with locally sourced ingredients. High-quality meat, both quality and cooking excellent. We tried the Canadian Black Angus Florentine steak, tender and flavorful.
Very attentive and friendly service.
Prices in line with the quality offered.

When we came to eat here it was full with local people on holiday.
That tells you a lot about restaurant.
We had beautiful bean soup and steak that was one of the best steaks we ever ate .
Never tried grilled radicchio,it’s amazing,goes well with the meat.
Our daughter ate lasagne bolognese with mushrooms that was out of this world, I wanna try to make it at home-it’s unforgettable.
Everything is made with grace and tender as the restaurant itself is really clean with beautiful atmosphere and chill music.
