Hotel De Nac In Nago-torbole

A very friendly welcome and delicious pizza in the restaurant. My bike was safely stored.

We only ate at the restaurant, not the hotel. I can only appreciate the fact that the head waiter was running around and you could see he was trying his best. Besides the endless wait for pizza and pasta (with many other people around us who almost argued), they forgot to bring us the menus and bread, and the second course even after we asked. I understand the lack of staff in the dining room due to holidays or an absence of some staff, but they definitely weren't on top of things in the kitchen either. I'm giving 3 stars only for the head waiter's dedication and for the food, which was quite good.

We stayed at the hotel for four days and received a very friendly welcome upon arrival. The rooms are well-equipped, but some rooms could use some renovation. The rooms are clean and are serviced daily. Towels are changed daily. The service is 10-star. The food is plentiful, and the staff shows that their guests are very important to them. Lake Garda is an eight-minute drive away. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We would love to come back.

The front is on a busy road, ask for a rear overlooking room if noise bothers you. The staff is very helpful and kind, and the restaurant is very good. Away from the busier and very loud lakeside, buses stop just by the hotel and take 5 mins to Torbole

We had dinner here on July 13th at around 8:45 PM after a seven-hour drive. Service was pretty quick when it came. I ordered a second beer after dinner, but it just never came. While waiting, I could only see myself chatting with colleagues while I was cleaning up/clearing up; there was nothing going on at the time. (Not attentive) When I was paying, she remembered I wanted another beer. She apologized, but after waiting over 20 minutes, I was fed up. 4 out of 5 Maybe 5 next time With more attention. 😉

The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Breakfast could be improved.

We stayed one night with half board.. very nice and modern rooms.. very clean.. very comfortable bed.. the dinner was very abundant and everything very good.. they brought us from appetizer to dessert.. very kind and helpful owner. The location to get to Riva del Garda is convenient.. we will definitely be back 🤩🎊

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte con amici in questo hotel. Un piccolo disguido da parte nostra durante la prenotazione che è stato risolto immediatamente. Devo veramente consigliare questo hotel perché personale preparato ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste in un battibaleno, cena squisita come la colazione varia, abbondante e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Un grazie anche per il dono offerto al momento del conto finale. Lo consiglio vivamente.
