A very nice experience. The rooms, spa, the entire resort, and the food were all top-notch. The spa massages could be improved, but all in all, a very enjoyable holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Mirabell. The spa truly leaves nothing to be desired. The cuisine and especially the service were perfect. The hotel atmosphere is lovely, the location is quiet, and the view is breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time! We love Avelengo, but we'd never been here before. The property is wonderful and meticulously maintained. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the spa is very large and beautifully designed, with a section for children and one for adults only. The food is excellent throughout the day, and the staff is truly exceptional. We'll definitely be back!

A truly wonderful hotel, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. Fabulous breakfasts and dinners, a spectacular location with a beautiful view. The staff was always available. We were there last weekend to celebrate a birthday, and everything was magnificent. Congratulations, and I absolutely recommend trying it.

02/12/2025: We visited this restaurant for a company dinner, and the experience was truly impeccable. The location is stunning, right in the heart of Bolzano: the panoramic terrace is stunning, and the entire space, meticulously designed down to the last detail, combines a modern and captivating design that immediately strikes the eye. The dinner was excellent. The homemade Schüttelbrot ravioli, filled with mountain cheese and wild herbs, were delicious: balanced flavor, velvety parsley cream, and a truly refined touch of black truffle. The Black Angus entrecôte with a herb crust was memorable, tender and flavorful to perfection. The desserts also exceeded all expectations: the "tangerine spheres" and matcha ice cream were the perfect elegant way to end the evening. A highly recommended venue for those seeking a special, high-end experience in Bolzano, ideal for both corporate events and after-dinner drinks with a view! I will definitely return with my boyfriend.

24/11/2025: We went in for a tasting of five of the winery's wines, and were guided by a young but very knowledgeable and helpful man. The price was excellent, he was happy to answer any questions, even technical ones, and the wines were top-quality. The 14% Chardonnay was one of the best still whites I've ever tasted. A top experience.
11/08/2025: A wonderful winery tour, complete with tasting, led by the incredibly knowledgeable and kind Katia, who opened the doors to Kettmeir wines for us. A highly recommended visit, as it allows us to truly understand the region and its wines. We left loaded with bottles (which is a wonderful thing) but also with additional knowledge (which is even better).
