Hotel Centrale In Santo stefano in aspromonte

First experience, I called the hotel directly to book. They found a room suitable for my needs and a good solution to add half board. Tip: eat at the hotel, great prices and fantastic cuisine. We were satisfied in everything.

The kindness, hospitality, and helpfulness of the staff, and the owner in particular, are certainly the strengths of this property, which is very clean and welcoming. The breathtaking beauty of the surrounding natural landscape completes everything needed for a perfect, relaxing holiday.

The hotel is located in the city center, well-served by free, unattended parking in the square. The property is well-maintained and welcoming. The hotel entrance is modern, perfectly accessible for disabled guests, and features characteristic mountain-style elevations. The reception desk at the entrance is simple and slightly minimal. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essential amenities for the well-being of its guests. The welcome was excellent, the care they took of guests was impeccable, and the staff was always available and attentive to their needs. The dining room was very spacious and well-lit. The food was of good quality and adequate, with the only complaint being the combination of two types of pasta on the same plate, but that's only because it was served in the restaurant. Breakfast was adequate, but in my opinion, it could have been better arranged in the dining room and enriched with a few more dishes. Kudos to Mr. Priolo for his hospitality, service, and entertainment, organizing on-site entertainment and mountain excursions.

We travelled to gambaria expecting a choice of restaurents. It qas at end of season so only this hotel open.. we arrived when service was finished (end of lunch). However they openes the kitchen for us and rhe food was delicious. Ravioli ...nduja past...vongole. The host was friendly and welcoming. A very unexpected but excellent experience.

First night in Gambarie before starting a trek. A pleasant discovery of the hotel, which is truly welcoming and well-managed. I hope to return and stay there.
