Hotel Campiglio Bellavista In Pinzolo

Beautiful, spacious room with a fantastic covered terrace. There's no down comforter, and the pillows and mattress are very hard and uncomfortable. It was chilly at night, even with the wool blankets. The staff is very sweet and friendly, but the service lacks any professionalism. The food is delicious. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views. Right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, the elevator in front of the hotel was closed just before the first day due to the end of summer. Please note: don't reserve parking, especially in the low season. You pay 15 euros per day to secure your space, but the entire basement is empty. If you don't make a reservation, you still have access to the parking garage. So this is an unnecessary expense. We raised this issue, but nothing was done about it. We expected compensation. The village is beautiful; enjoy the Dolomites.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very attentive and professional, catering to every need, especially our food intolerances. A truly perfect stay and exceptional cuisine. Thanks to all the staff. We will return, but above all, we recommend it to anyone unsure about choosing accommodations in Madonna di Campiglio. Thank you.
