Kindness reigns supreme, the owners are always smiling and friendly, as are the staff, and the breakfast buffet is quite generous. My only comment is that the rooms, although very clean, could use some updating.
The hotel is really well-maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection, and the staff were truly courteous and friendly. Our room was modest but had every comfort, including a hairdryer, towels, soaps, and even a disposable hair cap.
It's well-connected to public transportation, and I believe they're open 24/7. Overall, it was a great experience.
My family and I stayed at this property from 8/09 to 11/09 to go to Mirabilandia, we found this property by chance through the park + hotel package, reading the reviews we were a little hesitant but then we spoke on the phone for information and the gentleman we spoke to was very kind, during the day we spoke several times for some problems and he was always available and courteous, once we arrived there for check-in (at 10pm) despite the inconvenient time we found the owner to welcome us in a kind and friendly way, when we went up to the room we found rooms not very large but very CLEAN nice a minimal style equipped with air conditioning and above all what is most important to young people Wi-Fi in all rooms, the rooms are certainly not very modern but we found over the days that they were very comfortable, every morning we were provided with clean towels, the rooms always clean and fragrant, the breakfast buffet always fresh and rich all the staff always friendly and helpful in all the requests…. This stay was fantastic, if we have the opportunity to return to the area we will definitely stay at this property ❤️ Many thanks to the owner, first and foremost, always on site and always available, and to his entire team! A classic Riviera hotel; minimal but comfortable rooms, centrally located; excellent breakfast; the gentleman at reception was very kind and friendly, in true Romagna style! The rooms are air conditioned, and ours had a lovely little balcony with a table and chairs. The hotel was located on the main street, close to all the beach facilities.
