A small family restaurant near the Pope's summer residence, all the pastas are handmade on site and there is a rich selection of wines. We were warmly welcomed and the hospitality was amazing. The dishes are delicious and the wine flowed non-stop. The desserts were very, very delicious, we will come back here to eat again. Ten on the chaim scale.

A place that does not disappoint expectations. We came for dinner through a work colleague and found a pleasant, familiar and quiet environment. Courteous and attentive staff. Excellent proposal of typical dishes of the Roman tradition. Super porchetta and high-level first courses. Positive experience, I recommend it!!

Informal fraschetteria with rustic and slightly sparse furnishings.
The cold cuts platter is excellent, very plentiful and worth sharing. Truly delicious porchetta and generous portion. The pasta carbonara is good although slightly too salty. Again, a generous portion. The sautéed chicory and the grilled lamb are really tasty and tasty. Service a little rushed. Adequate prices.

I must say that we ate very well!
We were a table of 8 adults and 7 children and I must admit that we went crazy with the orders (which certainly complicates life for the Waiters and Kitchen).
The Maritozzi alla passatepò were excellent (the dough was really soft), the pappardelle with hare, the soup of the day, the carbonara and the porchetta ravioli. Perhaps the cacio e pepe was not particularly successful (the latter was practically absent).
Overall though, a great experience!

Cibo di qualità discreta, facendo la media tra un buon antipasto, carne di qualità e il primo deludente. Servizio alla buona e un po’ distratto ma abbastanza veloce nelle uscite. Prezzi medio alti. La nota davvero stonata è la saletta adiacente alla sala principale, dove abbiamo pranzato, risulta davvero fredda e poco accogliente.

We went there for lunch on August 14th with friends who knew it very well, everything was excellent and the staff were super friendly, porchetta and jams 🔝🤩 like everything else

Christmas lunch, I expected better...from a fraschetta I expected classic home cooking...apart from the classic appetizer platter of cured meats and vegetables, for the rest they try to make a more refined cuisine, with particular first courses, but in my opinion not really satisfactory.

We stopped after visiting the papal palace and having also participated in the well-known show 4 restaurants.
They put us in a small, cold room and the fact that they had to go back and forth with the dishes didn't help keep the room warm
Having said that, the dishes were truly up to par... the tradition and the quality of the food were impeccable... congratulations
