Very tasty food, although not exactly cheap. Don't expect typical Italian dishes like pizza or pasta here. It's more of a fish restaurant! Our dog was also warmly welcomed and provided with water. The service was excellent and very friendly. Everything was explained to us in very good English, and all our questions were answered.

Beautiful terrace with a view of the lake. The service was very friendly and immediately offered some vegetarian suggestions. The food was very good 😊

I visited Parallelo 41 a few days ago, a scenic spot with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake, a pleasantly cool escape from the summer heat. It was all accompanied by excellent food, from appetizers to dessert, and a pleasant encounter with the guys from the Locanda, south of Ghiffa, and their unmistakable, primarily seafood-focused cuisine that never disappoints. Highly recommended in this new guise.

Ristorante Pizzeria Concordia

21/09/2025: The restaurant is located along the road leading to Macugnaga. The place is a bit dated but clean. The waiter is very kind and cheerful, while the owner is rather cold. The food is good, although the dish of the day (polenta with lamb stew) is overpriced in my opinion!! The prices for other dishes and the cover charge are fair. Parking is convenient.

Trattoria Gargino

28/09/2025: The restaurant is located on the road that connects the train station to the village of Re in Val Vigezzo. We had a lovely lunch on a rainy day. The staff were friendly, and the polenta with mushrooms was excellent.
07/09/2025: Excellent restaurant: delicious food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Recommended!
