Hintana Pizza In Quarto

I celebrated my birthday and everything was perfect, from the table settings to the quality of the dishes. Alessia, the girl who looked after us throughout the evening, I highly recommend her, she was attentive to everything. Thank you so much to all the staff at Hintana Pizzeria. Oh, I forgot about the pizzas, they are the best.

I went to dinner last night with a friend, the waiters were very kind, very friendly, the place is welcoming, there is music in the background that is not annoying at all, as for the food, everything was excellent, very good pizza, the dough is excellent because it fills you up but does not bloat. As for the appetizer, that was also very good, I recommend the croquette with popcorn breading and the Hintena omelette.

Nice place, I went with my wife on Saturday night at the 2215 shift. We didn't wait long. We just had a few appetizers even though we honestly didn't like them, the hintana sushi is really hard, a more edible recipe should be proposed for those who can't chew such a dough. Even the flavor of the sushi filling was nothing special. Then the two fusion and zest momtanare very very soaked in oil. Too bad because this determines a heaviness/coverage of the overall flavor. Also the dough of one of the two montanare was even a little raw (in Naples ricimm nchiummoso). The two pizzas (not norma and street Vesuvio) tasted good but.... even there.... a little heavy but maybe... because the stomach was clogged by the appetizer. As you can see I gave 4 stars because I never like to be cruel to the managers who work and this should always be appreciated. If I write this it is because it is what I have tried and if I may, it serves as a suggestion for improvement and also because being from Quartu I recommend the restaurants in the town also to colleagues and friends who are not from the area, I care that those fellow townspeople make a good impression and that friends have a good time. Noise and distances between customers a bit excessive. Beautiful location

I have no words to describe this magnificent pizzeria...for me it was a fantastic culinary journey where the top quality products reign supreme in this enchanting place...not to mention the staff and the owner who welcome you in a very friendly and equally respectful way...prices for me very fair...I highly recommend it...from today you are my favorite pizzeria...Great 💪

Three stars for the food since the pizza was a good pizza but not excellent nor even excellent. The service was four stars because they were very attentive to the requests of all the customers but the place was very chaotic, the atmosphere was two, the location was very well looked after but to sit at the table I almost sat on the next table as there was a tall plant right in the passage between the tables, I think it was applied to have a certain privacy at the table which is also nice but to go out I slipped into the plant

Literally "A dive into flavour"😍 I went to dinner on Saturday with my friends and we had a great time. There are many special appetizers, but I opted for the "Pulled Croquettas" with lime mayo sauce and chives, they melted in your mouth🤤 For pizza, however, I chose a "Caramellata", based on fior di latte, caramelized onion, sausage and gorgonzola. Spectacular! Another pizza that I have tasted and that I recommend is the Hintana margherita, very good. What's more, the service is great and fast. And congratulations to Mario, nice, helpful and very patient. I will definitely return 🥰

Delicious pizza, fast service even though we were 17 people and it was a Saturday evening, the waiters were kind and helpful (Mario, you became part of the group, you made us equal). I recommend the caramelized and the omelette.

It was me and my group of friends, Saturday 3 May, we were 17 people so not easy to manage but thanks also to Mario's service we spent a wonderful evening, laughing and joking, he gave us excellent advice and was super kind and helpful. The food is truly excellent, the starters are delicious and of high quality and the place is truly welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.

Serata HIN/CANTO ci vado ogni venerdì e mi sento a casa Si canta e si balla La cosa bella è che si ha la possibilità di socializzare con tanta bella gente, la selezione musicale è fantastica ed il vocalist è stra coinvolgente Il cibo è stratosferico ed il personale super cordiale, disponibile e simpatico Sinceramente consiglio a chiunque di vivere quest’esperienza almeno una volta Ne vale veramente la pena 🥰

Pizza molto buona, (la prenderei solo qui), ambiente tranquillo, con musica, camerieri gentili e dò 5 stelle. Sono andata di lunedì, quindi non c'era molta gente.
