the all you can eat formula is getting a little tired but they still interpret it well. Not all the dishes are perfect, some sauces should be separated (for my taste) but the quality is good. water should cost less

Hayashi is a very good sushi restaurant to which I always happily return. The choice of dishes is very wide, the uramaki are served in pieces of four and not eight so you can try more things and every time the new section is always full of interesting dishes. In addition to being very good, the plating is always very refined and photogenic, definitely beautiful to look at. A note of merit for the fried foods which are always dry and light, the ebi sticks are worth having.

Questo ristorante è senza dubbio uno dei migliori all u can eat che abbia mai provato; prima di tutto, plauso al servizio. I tavoli sono piuttosto piccoli e per questo motivo le pietanze non vengono portate tutte assieme, ma rispettano le tempistiche di un pranzo e non da abbuffata; questo aspetto non giova però a favore dei pranzi di lavoro, nei quali si ha spesso soltanto un'ora a disposizione e si rischia di non ordinare tutto quello che si vuole. I fritti sono gustosi, ma non unti e preparati al momento, il sashimi di qualità, il riso dei nigiri e uramaki cotto perfettamente e ben digeribile, le presentazioni molto curate e il servizio professionale. Nota di merito alle porzioni non esagerate (soprattutto i primi piatti) e alla cura ai dettagli (ad esempio, il cocktail di gamberetti servito sotto forma di spiedino con un pezzetto di frutta sciroppata è molto stiloso). 35,00€ in due con una bottiglia di acqua denaturata mi è parso un rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo; i prezzi di questi ristoranti sono molto simili (il delta è di pochi euro), ma qui si mangia veramente bene. Peccato che io non sia della zona, perchè ci tornerei certamente più spesso.
