5 stars are few, an entire galaxy would not be enough. I've been getting pizza here for 20 years, even though it's not close to home, precisely because IT'S WORTH IT. I have seen all their evolutions since the very small kids ran around the tables and now, they are masters of hospitality, education and above all professionalism. The mother is an extraordinary woman, always smiling and makes you feel at home, the owner is an introverted man but with the right joke at the right time. Wonderful welcoming environment, with an industrial style and a wide choice of spirits, thus offering dinner and after dinner without the need to travel. Let's go to the pizzas, refined, cared for, with pure and meticulously chosen ingredients. Excellent. We find different doughs that satisfy everyone. But really everyone! The multigrain dough, Neapolitan pizza, Roman pinsa (unique, inimitable, it's a cloud) and gluten-free. But above all they have LACTOSE-FREE mozzarella! What more could you ask for? Maybe a beer poured on the spot and suitable for the chosen pizza? They have this too. But above all they are fast! 100 people and in 15 minutes you eat your pizza. Optimal.
