A fantastic discovery! Open in the middle of winter, the menu is varied and interesting, with many vegan and healthy options. I had an unforgettable tiramisu, absolutely amazing! The owner, who is also very available for home delivery, is a wonderful host, welcoming and very knowledgeable, with whom I had a truly interesting chat. Have you ever had tiramisu with taste and nature? I have, and it's amazing. Of course, purists will turn up their noses: is tiramisu possible in a vegetarian, vegetarian, and macrobiotic restaurant? And yet, it really won me over. It certainly can't have been easy. It takes study, technique, work, effort, imagination... but if this is the result, it's worth it!
