Last night I went to Carlo's Guakamaya pizzeria in Isernia, and as a true Neapolitan, I can say I ate an excellent pizza. Excellent dough, a soft and flavorful crust, and abundant, high-quality ingredients. The place was well-heated and served at the table by a girl who always has a warm smile, which really brightens up the evening. I recommend everyone try Carlo's pizza.

Now a guarantee, the pizza is truly superb, excellent dough, and many toppings. They're incredibly helpful, and I want to point out that their honesty is admirable—few people are like that these days—but above all, they're always on the front lines when it comes to resolving any issues. It would deserve five stars because the quality of the pizza is truly high and very good. The prices are very affordable and the service is friendly and professional. The only thing that lowers the rating a bit, in my opinion, is the appetizers, which are all frozen foods when, in my opinion, you could aim for something higher quality. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Various pizza menu with a wide selection (even vegan options, which is very rare in Molise).
The dough is a bit soggy, and the crust is hard. Good ingredients, good service, and prices are average for the area.
The restaurant offers outdoor seating in the summer.
The reviews don't reflect reality.
