I was really disappointed. The pasta and pizza really leave something to be desired, absolutely below average... The only good thing (for which it's famous in the area) is the Batarò. If you get those, you're on the safe side... but as for the rest...

In my opinion, this place is the undisputed king of batarò: crispy, hot, and expertly stuffed with quality ingredients! The pizza (cooked in a wood-fired oven) is also noteworthy. The friendly staff, family atmosphere, and very fair prices help make it a place you'll always want to return to!

02/11/2025: Marechiaro's pizzeria is like a timeless tale from Phaedrus's tales. Starting at the counter, where until the late 1980s, the excellent Vittorio, a phenomenal bartender from Forlì, reigned supreme. Accountant Mario, with them for fifteen years. Enrico, the pizza chef, a playmaker à la Giovannino Stroppa. Roberto and Priscilla, the superb team of matrons, a combination of professionalism and empathy. And finally, the excellent Benedetto, a skilled chef now retired. A Piacenza institution!! Wu”nderbar 💯💯
06/10/2025: Passing through this city we stopped at this pizzeria, excellent pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, super fast staff, highly recommended.

Antica Trattoria del Tempio

09/10/2025: A good trattoria, simple and well-prepared dishes, informal but well-executed service, and the two ladies who served us were very kind. Low prices; on weekdays they offer a tourist menu for €15, all-inclusive. If we return to the area, we'll definitely stop by.
28/09/2025: Excellent trattoria. Good food, reasonable price. The desserts are also excellent. Zabaglione made on the spot.
