Delicious ice cream overlooking a beautiful square. Quite expensive by Italian standards, though. Friendly waitresses.

The flavors they offer are made with ingredients produced and grown in Italy. The shop is clean, the bathroom spotless. They have a very unique way of serving the ice cream. The containers they serve it in are covered. You can sit facing the Piazza del Duomo, where the view is wonderful. I loved the salted toffee ice cream. And the drowned coffee, the best in my opinion. The service was really fast, friendly, and excellent.

Above average gelato but no reason to shout from the rooftops. The nicest memory of the place was the friendly server, a university student from Vicenza who was happy to speak English with us.

Good ice cream but not incredible for the price we paid, but the lady who served us seemed tired, she made our ice creams in a tired and uninteresting way, frankly disappointed.

One of the best ice cream shops I've ever been to, including the quality of the cone. Of the flavors we all ordered, I particularly highlight the hazelnut with orange and chocolate and the strachiatella. Both were spectacular. And the rest were of the highest quality.

The ice cream is really good, but I'm not giving it a top rating because it's become too expensive. You can't spend 4 euros on a tiny takeout ice cream... Especially if you have a family. Nothing to complain about the quality, obviously. P.S. I don't recommend the cone because it's so hard you risk breaking your teeth.

03/12/2025: Very welcoming atmosphere, I was with my girlfriend, very friendly and smiling staff, really good sushi, lots of choice and special dishes, it wasn't very busy but unlike many other reviews the service was perfect and with the right timing, no dishes forgotten, value for money 9 excellent dishes and also quite abundant (not exaggerated), we had a great time when we return to Riva, this restaurant will be a sure thing 🥰👍🏼
