I took a pizza to eat in the hotel, classic Italian pizza cooked in a wood oven, very very good) Perfect dough: light to digest, the night spent without drinking a drop of water, for me are indications of optimal hydration of the dough! I also recommend it to those who prefer "Neapolitan"

13/07/2024: Kind and helpful, they waited for us while we decided even if there were people, my wife and my daughter didn't want me to taste the little pieces of cavalo and the owner brought me a really good mini portion. If you are looking for typical Salento cuisine, this is a recommended place
