The positives are the parking, the location, which is relatively close to the center, the comfortable pool, although the loungers are limited due to space constraints, and the owner's kindness, who personally supervised the preparations for the pool's opening, was appreciated.

A very nice hotel, reminiscent of a former palace that has now become a 4-star hotel. I really enjoyed experiencing the character of this hotel. When you go to breakfast, you'll see display cases with souvenirs and trophies from the era, which take you back years to the glory days of San Remo. The room had a magnificent sea view on the 5th floor. Thank you to the hotel for placing us here. My partner was thrilled. The room was very large, you didn't feel cramped, especially for a standard room. The breakfast was very generous and very good. Nothing to say about that. We couldn't enjoy the pool because we came in October, maybe next time.

A dated 4-star "grand hotel" is lacking a lot. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. Room service is very good. The hotel hallways could use some updating. The location near the beaches is ideal, but you do need to travel a bit to get to the center. What you get at the breakfast buffet at this 4-star grand hotel is astonishing. For sausage, you actually have a choice between salami and cooked ham, and the choice of cheese isn't quite so difficult since there's only one type. For everything else, see the photos.

We stayed one night in this historic, well-located hotel, just a few meters from the city center on foot. Antique decor with paintings and furniture worthy of a castle. Good and generous breakfast. Highly recommended.

07/01/2026: My true vacation begins right here in this typical Ventimiglia bar, where I have so many memories. My break is very simple: I always order the usual ritual dish: well-prepared fusulli with ragù. These are every bit as good as the traditional pasta dishes found in local trattorias. Next up are the local focaccias. In the absence of the infamous "piscitella," I opted for tomato focaccias, which are always tempting; their preparation is always something special. Lunch was accompanied by a bottle of still water, and everything ended with a good coffee. Needless to say... and on to the next "starting point." An experience I highly recommend trying.
05/12/2025: We came here for a cup of coffee and Italian patisserie. The cappuccino was good and patisserie was airy and sweet. Ample seating indoor.
