We were stranded in this town for a couple of hours and this cafe was extremely hospitable. We of course purchased food and coffee here and it was all really good. But it was the hospitality that set them apart. Thank you!

We arrived in Naples at 12:00 p.m., had time to settle into the hotel, then found a cafe for a quick aperitif. We weren't disappointed. We had an Aperol Spritz and a small pizza on the terrace, with the waiter making the effort to speak French. I recommend this place.

3 of us had dinner here! Had the best service from Fabio! Great food, encrusted tuna, beef and eggplant parmigiana! Highly recommend this place!

We had a hour before our train left, so decided to go for a mid-morning coffee. Gran Caffe is close to Napoli station. Great coffee! The Sfogliatelle was delicious! The best I have had in Italy. Friendly and helpful staff and the cafe was super clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back if we are ever in Napoli again.

Total disappointment, it was the best bar in town! In the outdoor area with all the windows closed, therefore a closed environment, you can smoke freely and when I pointed this out to the otherwise rude waiter he replied that it was possible only to then open the windows after a few minutes considering that everything was closed before! Not to mention the latte macchiato which was made up of foam for 10 centimeters, absolutely not expected in latte macchiato but rather in cappuccino. Uncommentable user base which is perhaps the reason for the poor quality of the service. Maybe investing in education and the basic rules of a bar could be a starting point for the new year. What a pity!
