Impossible to order. They give you a QR code to order, but those who don't order can't see the menu and only the first person at the table who scans the QR code can order. If someone at the table scans it before you, you won't be able to place an order. It would be enough to create a system where everyone can order for themselves, or they could use the classic waiter-to-waiter system. The food is terrible, and the staff doesn't explain anything about ordering. Given how complicated their current system is, they should hire more IT experts than waiters to explain it. Plus, they make you sit on incredibly uncomfortable benches. The prices are incredibly high, obviously for no reason. Truly shocking.

I went to this sandwich shop with my family and I was favorably impressed: a very clean, well-kept place and really friendly and welcoming staff (my one-year-old son risked tripping the waitress, who was very nice). The sandwiches are worth it, with fresh and genuine ingredients, and with the possibility of customizing your own. We left satisfied. We will be back.

Good prices, perhaps a à la carte menu, at least one available to customers wouldn't hurt. The fries are good, and there's a wide selection of options to create a sandwich for every taste. Recommended.

I am writing this review to provide some ideas for improvement. There were 9 of us (5 adults and 4 children, one of which was in a stroller and two others who didn't eat anything, while only one of the little ones ate the meal). We still paid the cover charge for everyone (€2 each), which for us was not relevant given that we paid and didn't even tell the staff. The problems of the evening start from here: The wait was about an hour and ten, even though the place wasn't full. Unfortunately, the dishes were served to us lukewarm or even cold, both the bread and the internal ingredients. The raw materials were of good quality, so there is certainly room for improvement, which would make even a slightly high bill more acceptable.

I visited this pub last night and had a truly positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a quiet evening. I ordered a sandwich and fries, which turned out excellent: fresh ingredients, generous portions. You can tell they're paying attention to quality. The service was also very good: they were kind, helpful, and quick to bring the food. Overall, there's a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple yet quality place.
