They offered us a set menu for €15 with one course or €18 with two courses as we were leaving the museum. If you go directly without the offer, they don't offer the set menu. The food was good and the portions were generous, quite good for a set menu. Then they added a €10 surcharge to the bill, which they just pulled out of thin air, but even so, it wasn't expensive considering we ordered the set menu.

They charge a lot for tips...and the food isn't great...and I thought it was expensive; there are better restaurants in the area.

We are a group of seven staying with Sister Giulia, and she sent us to this restaurant, where we found excellent service and delicious food. We recommend it to everyone. The owner is very kind, and the staff is professional and friendly.

After a long day visiting the Vatican, we went to this restaurant to have a nice dinner as a family. Service was decently quick. Food was alright however it looks better than it tastes . Still, it was alright. A bit disappointing they don't have a kids menu. Wouldn't recommend if you like quality Italian food.

Very good food, pleasant atmosphere. The place was packed on Sunday, there was a bit of a delay and confusion with the order, but overall it's 5 stars.

19/10/2025: A very pleasant place, with good full menus and wine! We preferred to eat outside. The menu included specials: Spaghetti with clams, mixed fried fish with mixed seafood, and a whole grilled sea bream with green salad, and finally, a citron cake! Excellent in all respects. We always return when we come to Scalea.
05/10/2025: We opted for the daily menu, which was excellent value for money, and the lemon cake was excellent. A positive experience.
