Had lunch with my wife on Monday, September 1st. We were greeted by a young restaurateur who took care of everything. Excellent, locally sourced food, mostly freshly prepared. Generous portions and excellent value. If we ever pass that way again, we'll be back!

We had dinner at this trattoria with my family and immediately felt welcomed. The food was truly delicious, with generous portions, and—very important for me, as a celiac—I even found gluten-free pasta: delicious! 🍝✨ A special thank you goes to all the staff, incredibly kind people. We were especially struck by the attention they gave to my autistic brother-in-law, who was even offered a slice of delicious ricotta cake. This gesture touched us. 💙 During our vacation, it was the only restaurant where we met such special and helpful people. We will definitely be back: 5 stars are not enough; they deserve many more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️

All the dishes are delicious and plentiful, prepared with love, the main ingredient for success. On the recommendation of someone in the village where we're staying, we drove up to Stilo and had dinner at this magnificent place. A simple restaurant, traditional food, and a friendly, helpful woman who did everything, cooking and serving. I ate a magnificent melt-in-the-mouth goat with new potatoes, a very generous dish, and my wife's grilled meat with side dishes was equally generous. Everything on the menu was inspiring, including the appetizers with typical products, the various first courses, and the cod for the main course. We spent €40 for two, which I'd say was very reasonable, considering the wine, coffee, and liqueur. I highly recommend both the restaurant and the village of Stilo, rich in history; they're places worth a visit, as two Tuscans say.

There are no words to describe the meal I had in this place. The owner was immediately very kind to accommodate our requests, we had a little dog and a celiac and there were no problems, also having arrived almost at the end of the service, she welcomed us and did not pressure us to finish faster, which was impossible for the quantities 😂. The food was excellent and abundant and above all truly home-made; this is not a given because generally in the "home-made" appetizers it is very very easy to find products, perhaps of quality but still purchased. Here instead I rediscovered the taste of the cured meats made by my grandparents, the wild capers, the good and not too greasy fritters. Even though it is quite far away we will definitely return this summer, I think it is a nice way to taste Calabria. Very rustic atmosphere

Tonight I happened to be in Stilo and we were looking for a restaurant to eat something tasty, luckily we found Antichi sapori, magnificently managed by Emanuela. We ate the fried cod with potatoes and peppers, it was fantastic and then we also tried the famous eggplant meatballs, everything was really good. Congratulations I was in Stilo after a long time and I wanted to eat at Antichi sapori again and I must say that every time I am surprised by the variety of dishes found in this fantastic restaurant. You eat much better than at home and I know what I'm talking about. Thanks to Emanuela the owner
