An exceptional Slow Food Presidium. Calling it a pizzeria is an understatement. Top-quality ingredients, starting with the dough made with Senatore Cappelli flour, produced and ground on-site. Cheeses and cured meats are always locally produced by small local companies that respect production times and quantities (a mountain hut and a small dairy). And, the icing on the cake for true truffle lovers: the Monte Grappa truffle. Everything is presented with passion by Bruno, the owner, who is also president of the Grappa Truffle Association. The miles traveled were worth it.
Recommended for those who love quality.

Unusual service, but very practical and excellent. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and cheerful.
The pizza is excellent; the dough is incredibly light, and the ingredients are fresh and come directly from the nearby mountain huts, so you can taste the quality.
Everything is truly excellent, and I highly recommend this place. Go there!!!

We visited Giuseppe Verdi Pizzeria in Pieve del Grappa and had a wonderful experience. The pizzas are made with fresh, high-quality local ingredients and are truly delicious. We also really enjoyed the ones with Grappa truffle, a true specialty. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good pizza with a local touch.

Casual atmosphere with friendly staff and excellent pizza made with locally sourced ingredients. They have some unique pizzas with unique ingredients that I haven't found elsewhere. I also recommend it for the excellent beer!

The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the pizzas are based on fresh, seasonal produce. The pizza is made with stone-ground whole wheat flour and sourdough starter.
I've been back and have always found the quality top-notch. Top-quality local products.
