I went there on the recommendation of the owner of the hotel where I was staying, and I was delighted with every slice of pizza I ate. Since it's small and often crowded, it's best to make a reservation. The staff and the chef are friendly and hospitable people. Both pizzas we had were fantastic, and I believe they were made with whole wheat, with a lovely crispness. The beers were also their own production, and I personally enjoyed them very much. After dinner, the chef served truffle-infused meat, which was wonderful. In short, it was a very nice evening for me, and I will definitely go again next year.

An exceptional Slow Food Presidium. Calling it a pizzeria is an understatement. Top-quality ingredients, starting with the dough made with Senatore Cappelli flour, produced and ground on-site. Cheeses and cured meats are always locally produced by small local companies that respect production times and quantities (a mountain hut and a small dairy). And, the icing on the cake for true truffle lovers: the Monte Grappa truffle. Everything is presented with passion by Bruno, the owner, who is also president of the Grappa Truffle Association. The miles traveled were worth it. Recommended for those who love quality.

Unusual service, but very practical and excellent. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and cheerful. The pizza is excellent; the dough is incredibly light, and the ingredients are fresh and come directly from the nearby mountain huts, so you can taste the quality. Everything is truly excellent, and I highly recommend this place. Go there!!!

We visited Giuseppe Verdi Pizzeria in Pieve del Grappa and had a wonderful experience. The pizzas are made with fresh, high-quality local ingredients and are truly delicious. We also really enjoyed the ones with Grappa truffle, a true specialty. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good pizza with a local touch.
