Giropizza Vip In Pergine valsugana

In questa pizzeria di Pergine ho potuto gustare una buonissima pizza senza glutine insieme ad un’ottima birra. Tutte le pizze del menu possono essere proposte in versione Gluten Free.

Very good food, also the place. Shame about the service. One waitress addressed the customers in dialect, while another put her nail in the pizza. These are things that cannot be tolerated.

I tried the pizza with Jaxplus dough (I hope that's how it's written) and I really liked the consistency of the dough, crumbly and soft just right. As for the flavor, I found it a bit bland, so eating the pizza crust, it remained a bit flavorless. As a vegan, I took a vegetarian pizza without mozzarella and I also didn't find the tomato among the best. The place is very nice and the service is also perfect. A good pizza anyway

We were there for the giropizza which, all things considered, wasn't worth it... 5 pizzas of your choice plus a dessert for 6 people... we preferred to each take our own. In any case, excellent pizza and fast, friendly service.
