03/02/2025: To begin with: I never leave with preconceptions about a place I go to for the first time. That said, I found heterogeneity among the staff, the girls were all nice, elegant and courteous, some of the male waiters were very distinguished, a couple of elements, however, were a little dissonant with the environment and the slightly glamor that you can breathe. Other than that, they accommodated all our requests. Not that we asked for the moon, but it has happened in other places that they have treated us with disdain, well, it doesn't happen here. You feel pampered because their behavior is affable and kind. Regarding the wines, if one could write an opinion on the wine list, mine would certainly be high, also due to the expertise and professionalism of the person who, I believe, is a sommelier, who opened an excellent bottle of 2018 Costasera Masi for us and expertly prepared the glasses to welcome this nectar of the gods! The starters were delicious. Balanced tartare with a taste made special by the inclusion of capers, of excellent quality. Confit tomatoes that "sin" only in quantity!!! Tasty and light Apulian bombetta. Even the side dishes were pleasant, everything was fresh and, if it wasn't, it seemed so, both to the eye and to the taste, ergo, just fine. The meat...unique punctum dolens: the taste did not correspond to the pleasant sensation of sight: that is, they were more beautiful than good! I would have preferred my fillet a little thicker and rawer, my request when ordering was: not rare, more, almost raw! My partner's simmenthal was also a little ahead of cooking compared to the rare one, the marbling and consistency of the fat were good, but the pulp was not very tasty. The dessert is a fashion rocher, balanced and of the right size. The bill was under €230 and they reduced it to €210 and that's ok, if only the wine cost €60, WELL DESERVED!!! And in any case, loving Amarone, we were well aware of the amount of expense, as well as being clearly indicated on the menu, like all the dishes, another point in favor of the seriousness and professionalism of the place. Unfortunately I always like to be able to give my best, but I wasn't able to draw an excellent opinion from this first experience....maybe a second visit will be needed...and we'll make the sacrifice hopefully soon!!🤣🤣🤣

16/01/2025: Per la nostra sosta lavoro nella bellissima Napoli, abbiamo avuto il piacere insieme ai colleghi napoletani di cenare in questa graziosa braceria, unica difficoltà è stata trovare il parcheggio, ma da lì in poi tutto liscio come l’olio, ho optato in un vastissimo menu, ad una semplice bistecca, ben cotta, peso e prezzo giusto.
