The coffee here is great and the pastries incredible. There are two twins who are servers in the afternoon who are so sweet and nice. We love grabbing an afternoon cappucino and a fruit tart.

Historic place in Stresa with lake view, recently renovated and furnished with care. Excellent pastry shop in their laboratory and also the small restaurant, but above all compliments to all the staff, all very young guys moreover, for the extreme kindness and cordiality!

During our vacation in Stresa we went to this café almost every day. It's the best cafe in the whole town. The modern furnishings in Art Deco style are fascinating. The selection is huge and very fine. There are also good wines, making Il Gigi suitable for both breakfast and an early evening aperitif. The direct location on the lake is also ideal. We definitely recommend Il Gigi for a visit.

22/05/2025: A little gem in Cannobio. A warm welcome, a limited menu (which is often a good sign), high-quality products, all in an authentic and welcoming setting... A timeless moment 🥰☺️
18/05/2025: A lovely little, romantic restaurant, away from the hustle and bustle. Dad cooks, and he does it very well, while mom and son take care of the service. Very friendly. The food is fresh, and some of it is grilled on a large egg, which makes it even more special. Highly recommended!
