While they don't yet have official certification, they take great care to guarantee the complete absence of contamination, and it shows. The gelato is delicious, creamy, and rich in flavor, with a wide selection. It's rare to find such quality combined with such variety. The owner is welcoming, helpful, and always ready to explain the ingredients and processes, conveying a genuine care for the customer. The portions are generous, the prices are absolutely in line with traditional gelato shops, and considering the attention to ingredients, they're more than fair. Highly recommended.

The gelato is a decent size, and the "pistachio" and "crispy black cherry" flavors are very good. The "mascarpone and Nutella" flavor is good, but perhaps a little delicate.
