Gelatissimo In Biella

Walking through Biella, having found another business closed that was marked as open, I continued and, again thanks to maps, I arrived here. Certainly not a trendy place, a retro sign, but a LOT of substance. Staff as DELICIOUS as the ice cream they make. Classic flavours, something more daring, and they also have SEMIFREDDI which I personally love. Flavors clearly distinguishable from each other and even with your eyes closed you say "ok this is hazelnut.. this pistachio and... This.... strange.. tastes like baked apple..." and in fact it was apple pie parfait. A nice dome of whipped cream, wafer and off on foot to get the car on this beautiful evening. Thank you.
