I was there solely and exclusively for their croissants/croissants/brioches, my review is strictly relevant to this product. They are certainly the best of those I have tried so far in Bolzano. Well filled and with delicious flavours, they have croissants with RICOTTA that are addictive. The cream is also very good. Recommended, absolutely try the one with ricotta.

Price of the ice cream which in my personal opinion I do not consider adequate. I paid €9 for 4 scoops of ice cream, I think that wherever you get it it's too much... even if it's good. In my personal opinion it seems like a lake view price, right in the city center but we are in Via Resia
