We'd just like to point out that the last two times we bought the superb cream croissants, they seemed smaller and weren't filled as usual. The last few even broke. We hope these are just isolated incidents, because you've spoiled us well, and we'd like to continue to do so!

I'd like to change my review of this establishment, given the absolute excellence of the birthday cake for my
son, which truly made the whole family happy.
The price? In line with other pastry shops in Bolzano.
All my reservations about the service assistant's attitude and inability to smile remain intact.
But for greater balance, I'm happy to go from one to three stars, meaning ten for the quality and two for her service.
Terrible service, the blonde lady is sloppy, rude, and so arrogant that it seems like she's doing you a favor.
Delicious cakes, Number One: but politeness comes first.
Dear owner, I had the opportunity to appreciate your personal courtesy a few mornings ago, along with absolutely delicious croissants.
Today—precisely for this reason—I came back (I also wanted to order a cake), and, in order, the following happened:
1) Dirty table with dirty rolled-up napkins
2) Absolutely pissed-off attitude, with no kindness or smile from the girl (remember, smiling is free).
3) After ordering and ordering, I signaled the girl to order more. I didn't hear back for a while, then she told me to wait, then she brought a latte to a woman in the inside room where I was, then she served a couple of tables outside.
Then she came over to me, took orders from a small group of people who had come in AFTER me, and then went back to the counter, ignoring me.
When I complained, she said, "Complain to the boss," and what are you supposed to do? Obviously, I took her at her word.
I don't mean to say the customer is always right, mind you: but defending this type of service, taking what you're told at face value without listening to the other side of the story, isn't even a way to behave, nor is it a way to improve.
I confirm my compliments for the absolute quality of the pastries.
It means I'll stick to takeout or come to the table early in the morning when I can hope to be treated normally.

Excellent pastry shop, though the service is a bit chaotic.
The service is truly their weak point. If you're not in a hurry and want to enjoy the moment, it's worth it; otherwise, you're better off drinking coffee at the counter.
