The best ice cream in the world!

I've known Gelateria e Pasticceria Soave for its creamy gelato and its famous whipped cream, a quality brand that has been a staple in my sweet treats for years. This time, I also wanted to try their profiteroles, both chocolate and lemon, and I was simply won over. The chocolate version is a triumph of flavor: an intense, velvety glaze envelops perfect cream puffs, soft yet firm, with a balanced, never cloying filling. The lemon ones are surprising for their freshness and aroma, with a delicate yet bold cream, an authentic and harmonious flavor. In my opinion, they are among the best—if not the best—profiteroles I've ever tasted, not just in Naples but in all of Italy. The impeccable quality is complemented by extreme attention to detail, the fruit of passion and craftsmanship. A special thanks goes to Felice, who always welcomes customers with a smile. He's a very kind person, always available and attentive, capable of enthusiastically recommending new flavors and innovations, even to regular customers. His passion and courtesy make every visit to Soave an even more enjoyable experience. Soave remains a must-visit for those who love authentic flavor, where tradition, quality, and human warmth meet in every bite.

I've been here several times, and each time I've come back, I've come to believe this is one of the best gelaterias in Naples (and the city itself). The prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and most importantly, the flavors are excellent. Upon entering, the care put into the various flavors is evident in the containers they hold (which not only show the flavors themselves but also ensure they're sealed). I personally prefer the authentic, traditional flavors displayed in the large area on the right (much better than the garish, stacked ones on the left, which unfortunately seem to be a common trend here). You can tell they're made with great care and the ingredients are truly top-notch. Recommended flavors: Mulberry, Pistachio, Hazelnut, Strawberry

Amazing gelato, highly recommend! I chose coffee & nutella-based flavours, and both were really good (although the nutella one is too sweet on its own, so make sure to pair it with something!).
