All the dishes were sublime; behind every dish, you could see the love and technique of those who cook not out of duty but out of pleasure and passion... dishes truly conceived with mind, heart, and palate. Let's start with the flaw, but it's not really their fault: the atmosphere was a bit too chaotic, it was hard to talk (also due to a table of about 20 people, half of them children, placed in the center of the room). As for the service and food, there's nothing to complain about. Everyone was young and very young, quick and lively, both in the dining room and near the oven. The pizza was truly delicious, with a light and easily digestible dough, quality ingredients, and well-seasoned. The desserts were fairly average; we had a red fruit cheesecake and a Sacher torte, which were good but not exceptional. All in all, a more than positive experience, worth trying again when it's less crowded.
