21/08/2025: We ate at this restaurant one of the evenings we were on vacation. The location was nice and the food was excellent. It was a rainy day, and the same girl who had taken the reservation that morning had confirmed it, telling us that we would be either on the veranda or inside! When we arrived at the reservation time, we immediately noticed a lack of friendliness, with one of the staff being particularly rude to the customers. We were on the veranda, and at a certain point it started pouring with rain. They took all the necessary precautions, but the table still got flooded and we couldn't even finish our meal! After waiting about ten minutes, we asked for more suitable seating since we couldn't eat or have a peaceful evening. The same arrogant waiter, at 8:25 pm, asked us if we still wanted to eat after not even finishing our dish (we had been sitting for about 20 minutes). The rain can't be controlled, and rightfully so. I can't control it, and you, the owner, can't control it, but I think the friendliness of a restaurant is the foundation of the service you provide. It should have been him/her who said, "Do you want to move to a more suitable spot inside?"/"Can I have your dish remade?"—a truly unfriendly and unkind attitude.
It's a shame, because the food was truly excellent.
This was our experience. That doesn't mean it's a bad restaurant; it's just my personal opinion and the service we received.
17/08/2025: The food was good, the tuna steak was nothing short of fabulous, but it was a shame there was a mix-up when we booked and we only got one first course instead of two.
