Excellent gelato, lots of choice, seating inside, a historic shop. Don't bring your car; there's no parking. Take a nice walk along the seafront.

Definitely the best gelato in Livorno. Gelato makers for life. Excellent flavors, both traditional and innovative. The chocolate is, for me, the absolute best—creamy and perfectly sweet. Over the years, they've added options beyond gelato, like yogurt, crepes, and homemade popsicles...but the gelato is absolutely worth trying! Located on the road, just cross it and you'll find the sea, where you can enjoy it with one of the most beautiful views in the city.

I had three types of ice cream. Pistachio, which was perfect. I also had white chocolate, which I didn't like at all. The Sacher ice cream was absolutely top notch, I have no words for how amazing it was. I would have it again in a heartbeat!!!

Best ice cream in the world!!! I would give it 10 stars. Whenever we pass through Livorno, we make the obligatory stop for a giant tub of Fantasia Populare, Cassata, mascarpone with caramelized walnuts...unusual ice cream flavors at a reasonable price. An overflowing tub of melt-in-the-mouth deliciousness!!!

13/12/2025: I was invited to lunch and it was a truly delightful experience. The spacious dining room reminded me of the pizzerias of the 1960s and 1970s. The dishes revealed authentic, enduring flavors. The tortelli were a masterpiece, followed by a truly unsurpassed fried squid, shrimp, and vegetables. The staff was always friendly and smiling (which is not always the case). I will be back very soon.
05/10/2025: We eat there at least twice a year on vacation. The service is very attentive and very friendly. The table is set with proper tablecloths, matching cloth napkins, wine glasses, good cutlery, soft drink glasses, and a small table lamp in the center of the table. The food, whether appetizer, main course, or dessert, is delicious, generously portioned, and fresh. The value for money is excellent. We'll be back, and not just because of tradition.

Incredible selection, excellent taste. 💚🤍♥️ Unfortunately, ordering and paying aren't as fluid for non-native speakers, but I still tried my best to speak Italian. But: You understand more than you can say – which means: Please advise the staff not to get upset about customers until they're no longer in the store. Both times, there was no one behind me when I started ordering. On our second visit, where we were again served by the employee who was apparently in a bad mood more than once, the customer behind me kindly helped out. Conclusion: Tarts – made with LOVE. Just sold WITHOUT love. Thanks to the makers of these delicacies. 👌 And: There's easy parking in front of the store. The opening hours are up-to-date online. 👍
29/09/2025: Extremely friendly employees work patiently and quickly to sell incredibly delicious sweet and savory baked goods. Their friendliness is hard to beat. An outstanding place for a daily breakfast, with low prices, a true asset to the area.
