Tourist ice cream shop, high prices and average ice cream

We may never get used to the fact that in Italy it is customary to open establishments whenever the staff wants, and the schedule does not work here. We wanted to enjoy lemon sorbet before the plane, arrived at 10 am according to the opening schedule, but we were angrily asked to wait 20 minutes and also clarified that there is no coffee here. Why do you consider tourists idiots? It is very offensive.
