Good place. Excellent experience.

We really enjoy having breakfast here because, on the one hand, there is a lactose-free cappuccino and, on the other hand, you can sit outside. The selection of sweet treats is very large and yes - the cakes are sweet! But isn't that the point of a pasticceria?! And - spoiler alert - they are not low in calories either! :-) The price-performance ratio is also right. We have always been treated and served well and friendly and can thoroughly recommend Di Bianco!

Insufficient experience. At first we stood in line not understanding if it was served. After 10 minutes of queuing, when we arrive at the checkout, they tell us to sit down and order from the girl. At this point they could ask you for your order. We sit and wait. Another 10 minutes of waiting. The girl didn't even remember the tables she had and was asking customers if they should order. He takes the order and we wait another 5/6 minutes. The order arrives and they ask us to pay, never seen in a pastry shop, either before or after, never during. Having to pay by card they had to use the POS. They come back a few minutes later while we are eating to make us pay. How anxious! Let's move on to the brioches, lots of choice. I got the Venetian and the husband. Good but very sad. A little dry. The Maritozzo is the most disappointing, dry with little cream and cream. In short, the quality of the good bar next door, the cost and wait of a classy pastry shop. Good for a quick breakfast... if it were quick.

Beautiful place in a central position and with plenty of seating (numerous tables outside, a small room below and the possibility of sitting on stools placed next to the counter). Wide selection of drinks, pastries, croissants and cakes. And here my positive review ends... Here are the bad things. Rude and somewhat arrogant staff, cakes that are too sweet and the possibility of viewing the menu only via QR code (you can turn a blind eye to the latter, but not to the other two). This morning, a colleague of mine and I, being in the area, went there for breakfast. The two employees at the counter - a boy and a girl - were both quite rude: the girl struggled to say hello while the boy responded to us in a strange way several times. When I asked him if a cake contained alcohol (a legitimate question, I would say), he rolled his eyes and replied dazedly, when a simple no was enough. Not to mention the fact that to show us that we were ordering via QR code, he started touching my phone without even asking my permission. Which is quite rude. And even when he came to take the order at the table he did it hastily and without a shred of courtesy. Secondly, the cake I ordered - a Sacher - was very sweet and the jam took away all the flavor of the chocolate. I don't recommend taking it. Finally, the price is too high and the portions are too small.
