I ordered an gelato, I really appreciated my product. The taste is pretty good! The price too! It’s not that expensive, overall for a city like Genoa, the prices are truly reasonable! It’s a good address to put in your mind, and come visit it!

Best gelato we had during our entire trip! Colors look very natural and flavors were very tasty! I had pistachio and hazelnut. Chocolate is also very good!

The best Genoese ice cream ever. I remember, when I was a girl, it was in via XX settembre, I loved it. Then, after many years, I happily found it again in Piazza Paolo da Novi. The ice cream is the real ice cream, which has a full and balanced flavor in all flavors. An ice cream that is not excessively sugary, which is tasty and light for a super snack. In the panorama of Genoese ice cream shops, for me it remains an excellence. Without taking anything away from others, it remains my favorite ice cream shop. I often stop there to enjoy ice cream after work

For me it has always been the best ice cream in Genoa. The fruit flavors are unsurpassed (taste the lemon, it really feels like drinking lemonade) and the Gran Sasso cream is unique. Well done

I've wanted to come for a long time, but I've never found the time. Tonight I finally managed to stop by and I want to say, really good ice cream, compliments to all the staff, I will definitely come back to try other flavors

18/08/2025: We have visited Da Pippi during Ferragosto initially as a backup because many restaurants were closed. At the end we were glad about this coincidence and it is truly a local highlight. The service was excellent and the quality of the menu was outstanding. We had Pasta as Primi Piatti and they were authentic and delicious. As Secondi we had calve with potatoes and this was amazing. The gravey was amongst the best I have ever had so far. As dessert we asked what was the most popular one for the place and it turned out to be pana cotta. It was so soft, tasty and delicious! Also the Ambiente was nice. We can only recommend to visit this restaurant.
09/08/2025: Fantastic is the least I can say. Excellent food and a lovely location. The staff were truly welcoming and attentive.
