Good ice cream at decent prices, patient and helpful staff.

This gelato ice cream is the best and most delicious in Rome. It's located inside The Wow mall, right next to Hotel Roma Fiumicino 1 and in front of Parco Leonardo train station. The prices are very cheap but the gelato is very delicious. There are many types of gelato ice cream with Nutella chocolate here. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take photos when we visited and ate here. Compared to the price of 15 euros for a scoop of ice cream in front of the Pantheon, here it's only 2.50 euros. Wow. Highly recommended. Guaranteed to be addictive. The service is also good.

The gelato is good and reasonably priced, considering the recent price increases. However, unfortunately, the staff is depressed and listless. One of the girls in particular was completely unfocused, in fact completely disconnected from reality. The lack of customer service and hospitality, likely due in part to the atmosphere created by the manager, is a major concern.
