The ice cream is good, without a doubt. They could improve the service.

Today, at 1:00 PM sharp, I had a flavorful experience under the Posillipo sun, thanks to the advice of Mrs. Anna Bilancione (whom I greet with gratitude). I tasted a gelato that was almost a musical duet: 75% extra dark chocolate (strictly dairy-free) and fresh raspberry. Two different worlds, one dark, intense, deep; the other tart, bright, bold. Yet they seek each other out, they call to each other, they enhance each other. This isn't just any gelato: it's a flavor that leaps and surprises you. It first draws you into the elegant bitterness of the dark chocolate, then launches you into the lively acidity of the raspberry, like a leap between two perfect accords. A synesthesia between earth and fruit, between shadow and light. Next time I'll add cream, as Mrs. Anna suggested, because beautiful things should be honored to the fullest.
